Hold up just a second there. The month ain't over yet. Get ready as this week of September will be packing a ton of heat. We'll be seeing brands across the industry partnering up left and right through collaborations. We have Supreme and Thrasher, and we'll also have Stüssy and Comme des Garçons releasing their collection just a day apart from each other. We're already all too familiar with the association of the respective brands to one another as they've worked together before. However, let's see what they have in store for us this time around.

Right off the bat, we have the iconic giant skateboarding brands on a joint venture once again as lifestyle brand Supreme and renowned skateboarding magazine Thrasher has come together for their Fall 2021 Collection. Their work together has yielded items ranging from sweaters, hoodies, T-shirts, jeans, varsity jackets, and others that highlight Supreme's signature style and Thrasher's skate culture. The highlight of the collection can be found on some of their pieces that pay an homage to the PlayStation 1 game "Thrasher: Skate & Destroy."

On the other hand, reeling in from their 40th Anniversary collaboration last year and their Laguna Beach-inspired fragrance earlier this year, there's no stopping these two brands as they've collided yet again. Stüssy is back for the third time with the Japanese fashion label, Comme des Garçons, to create pieces for a Fall collection. The brands' pieces will feature an array of coach jackets, hooded sweatshirts, and T-shirts, ridden with graphics utilizing greyscale, black and white tones.

You can expect the collaboration of Supreme and Thrasher to be released globally via supremenewyork.com/shop on September 23rd, 11AM EDT in the United States, and September 25, 11AM JST in Japan. While the release of Stüssy and CDG's collection will be available worldwide on September 24th at 10AM EDT in the brands' respective websites, stussy.com and cdgcdgcdg.com, as well as in at select chapter stores, select Dover Street Market locations and Comme des Garçons shops.

Oh, and lastly, Spanish luxury brand Balenciaga teamed up with video game Fortnite and has already released their collaboration this week. The battle Royale-based game isn't a stranger to collaborations with brands, but this took everyone by surprise. Their partnership includes an apparel collection that is both available physically in real life and in-game. The real-life pieces are made up of Fortnite-branded hoodies, denim jackets, shirts, and caps. In contrast, the virtual pieces are available for purchase as skins and cosmetics in the game's item shop. To know more, you may visit Balenciaga's website via balenciaga.com, but if you're interested in the virtual side of it in Fortnite, you can visit ign.com to learn how you can get them.
