Over the past 24 years, Atmos has made an impact as one of the pioneer sneaker boutiques in Japan, and now, it’s found a home in the Philippines.

Ahead of its opening, Atmos hosted an exclusive preview and gathering for its media partners and friends at its new space.

Located at One Bonifacio High Street Mall, the two-floor Manila flagship integrates traditional Japanese elements and woodwork with a modern, clean, and minimalist design that highlights the best of what it has to offer.

The first floor of the flagship houses the latest drops from well-loved and renowned brands like Nike, Salomon, and Asics, and exclusive collaborations and releases under the Atmos banner that are much anticipated at fair prices.

Wanting to bring Japan to the Philippines, Atmos’ founder and creative director, Hirofumi Kojima, made the second floor of the flagship - the Otaku Room, which was inspired by the traditional Japanese Kissaten shops with a modern twist of Japanese mangas, figurines, and top-tier coffee courtesy of Yardstick coffee. Otaku, which means “geek” in Japanese, was an apt term for the space, as Kojima-san wanted to create a community and meeting ground that gathers like-minded people who share the same passion for sneakers, streetwear, and more.

In the words of Atmos Senior Vice President, Patrick Walsh, the opening of the Manila flagship was a long time coming. Now, sneakerheads and the community alike don't have to fly all the way to Japan to enjoy the Atmos experience when it opens its doors on March 26, 2024.
